LATEST NEWS: NEW JVNA PRESIDENT
I would like to announce that the current JVNA Vice-President, Joe Kopp has agreed to take over as President for JVNA. Joe, who has been of immense help to me over the last year also has extensive experience in working with neighborhoods and on neighborhood issues. Since moving to Charlottesville, he has completed both the city sponsored Neighborhood Leadership Institute and the Citizen's Police Academy, as well as developed good working relationships with city staff while addressing neighborhood issues and concerns. I have loved serving as President and getting to know and interact with many of you, as well as advocate for this wonderful neighborhood to both the University of Virginia and City of Charlottesville.
Thank you,
Candace Carey Immediate Past JVNA President
